1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pk365 platform ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), you ("the User," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and pk365. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of pk365, including visitors, registered members, and any person accessing the Platform through any device, browser, or network connection from anywhere in the world. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited remains the sole legal responsibility of the user.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register an account with pk365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pk365 does not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to register or access any gaming content. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by pk365 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee of pk365 or its affiliated software providers.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the pk365 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify pk365 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. pk365 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access was enabled by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

pk365 may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may have withdrawal functionality suspended.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on the pk365 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT via TRC20. pk365 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider's own terms and fees may apply.

• Minimum deposit is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may be adjusted at pk365's discretion.
• Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require full identity verification before processing.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed by end of business day for verified accounts.
• pk365 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where fraud or money laundering is suspected, pending investigation.
• All deposit and withdrawal activity must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are prohibited.

Deposits made using bonus funds or promotional credits are subject to the applicable bonus terms set out in Section 6 below. Deposited funds that have not been wagered remain available for withdrawal at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the pk365 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type — casino, live dealer, sports betting, or otherwise. General rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. pk365 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game or sports event, pk365 will apply its standard dispute resolution procedure. Resolution decisions made in good faith by pk365 are final.
• Odds and game outcomes at pk365 are determined by certified random number generators (for casino games) or by the results of live events (for sports betting). pk365 does not guarantee any particular outcome.
• Maximum payout limits per bet apply and are displayed in the applicable game or betting interface. pk365 is not obligated to pay winnings above the stated maximum for a single bet.
• cricket betting markets — including PSL and international fixtures — are subject to the specific settlement rules published in the sportsbook section. Void bets are returned as stakes.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pk365 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, or other incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. pk365 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time limit.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture and may result in permanent account suspension.
• pk365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk365 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or identity theft.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the Platform's software, games, or RNG systems.
• Employing automated betting software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to claim bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.

Where prohibited activity is identified, pk365 reserves the right to suspend the account, void all bets and transactions associated with the prohibited activity, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides the following tools accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Loss caps can be configured to prevent losses exceeding a defined amount within a set period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notify you when a session has reached a defined duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

pk365 does not permit players who have activated self-exclusion to open new accounts or circumvent the exclusion through any technical means. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk365 Platform, including but not limited to software, game graphics, text, logos, brand names, and user interface designs, is the intellectual property of pk365 or its licensed software providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from pk365.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by technical failures, third-party payment provider issues, or force majeure events.

pk365's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk365 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pk365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request a withdrawal of any remaining account balance prior to deactivating your account.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Users access the pk365 Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, including the laws of Pakistan.

By using pk365, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
